Magic? Almost. ✨ Our shoes are crafted from vegan PU leather—a premium, soft, and flexible material that mimics the look and feel of real leather (without the moo 🐄).

While PU vegan leather contains synthetic polymers, it’s a kinder, cleaner alternative to other plastics like PVC. Plus, it’s super durable, easy to clean, comfy, and made for all the running, jumping, and joy-sparking your little one can dream up.

So yes, JoyJoys are made for adventure. And joy. Lots of joy. 💛

We believe in instant joy, so the moment you place your order, we’re already packing it up with love. Here’s how fast you can expect your JoyJoys to arrive:

Our shoes are super easy to keep looking fresh! Each pair is coated with a dirt-repellent layer, making clean-ups a breeze. For those bigger messes, just pop them in the washing machine—tuck them into a pillowcase for some gentle protection, and they’ll come out looking like new! For quick clean-ups, a damp cloth with a little mild detergent does the trick. Ready for all the adventures your kiddo can dream up! 👟✨

We offer a problem-free Joylosophy with our J.S.I.B promise – JUST SEND IT BACK. If it doesn't bring you joy, it’s an OY – and we’ll take your JoyJoys back no matter what. And if it doesn’t fit, we'll collect, swap and deliver new items to you free of charge (as moms, we totally get how tricky it can be ordering kid's shoes online). We're all about bringing you added joy. No laces attached. 

Sizing

Our smallest size is a UK 7 which fits an average 3 year old. Our biggest size is a UK 3, which fits an average 10 year old. Sorry moms, no adult sizes yet! The joy is just for the kiddos for now.

Need to work out your kid's shoe size? Follow these steps:

 

No one understands kids' shoe sizes. We still don’t. But follow these simple steps to ensure your child’s shoes fit just right: 

  • Step 1: Find any pair of shoes that fit your child comfortably.
  • Step 2: Turn the shoe upside down (it’s okay, shoes love adventures too!).
  • Step 3: Measure straight down the center of the under-sole, from the middle of the toe to the heel.
  • Step 4: Compare this measurement to our size chart to discover your child’s perfect JoyJoy size.
